My bed delivery was supposed to be on July 4, they changed it to today July 11. I waited all day for delivery. Then I got a call that I was going to get my bed delivered between 2-5 PM. A little after 4 they left a card saying that they had tried to deliver for a 15 minute window. They lied. They never rang my doorbell, knocked or called me. Also I kept opening my door to check for another delivery and there was no card. So the delivery people essentially just left a note pretending that they tried to deliver. I called customer service at Dormez Vous. No one was empathetic except for the last person I spoke with. Customer service said they would charge me for two deliveries since I missed today’s delivery. They didn’t even try to deliver! I was advised to wait till 9pm for the delivery and they never delivered or called. I wish I ordered from Silk and Snow!

Sergiu was an amazing sales associate, he wasn't pushy and was happy to show me a variety of price-ranges of mattresses. He was helpful, friendly, and gave me space to peruse at my own pace. I ended up getting exactly what I needed at a good price. Mattresses are expensive these days, but I didn't walk away feeling like I was pressured to buy something I couldn't afford.

I bought a pillow. It stunk horribly!!! It was for my son. I couldn’t use it. I called they told me of course go return. I came into the store to return and they do not allow if opened but not used. How would I know how vile it smells if I didn’t open it!!! I would never put my head or that of a child on it. It reeks horribly. It is unacceptable to sell it. The store is backwards and the service is horrible. Pushy sales people feels like commission only sales. I would never come here again.

The seller (a man) is very unpleasant, very dry, we can clearly see that he does not want to work and inform customers, we were not welcome in his store under the pretext that he told us he did not have the item that I had spotted on the internet, he didn't even take the trouble to find us something equivalent and clearly kicked us out
