Great service. You can receive the photo via email, so you don't need to bring or, even worse, buy a flash drive like at Pharmaprix or Jean Coutu.

Raphael is incredibly nice, professional, meticulous. He takes time to make passport photos look decent, takes repeat shots, gives tips on optimizing photo results. Reasonable, super good experience.

Great place for passport photos

We had a very bad experience with this business, and I would not recommend it to anyone.First, it is very expensive. We came to take passport photos of our son, and the price was double than other places. We did it anyway because we had to get them done quickly and did not have time to search for another place nearby.Second, the service is extremely slow. There's only one person working there (probably the owner), and if there's more than one person in the store, be ready for a very slow service. We waited >30 minutes to get the passport photos.Lastly, and by far the worst, the person who works there made a mistake and stamped the wrong year on the back of the photo (see picture). We did not notice it because he put it immediately in an envelope so that it won't smudge. When we went to get the passport done, after waiting almost 3 hours with a baby in line, they did not accept the photo, and we had to take photos again in another place. When I came back to the photo shop to tell him about his mistake and ask for a refund, the person was very rude. He did not even apologize for his mistake, and refused to give us a refund. He wanted to give us store credit, but since there was nothing we needed I insisted on a refund. He kept saying he cannot do refund, that it is impossible. Only when other clients came into the store, he all of a sudden agreed to give us a refund, after 10 minutes of arguing. Very unprofessional and unbecoming.So my recommendation is to avoid this place if you can.
