Deplorable welcome, response 100% in English even though I kindly asked for information on using the laundromat in French. This man spoke to me without any respect, barely looking at me, I went to look elsewhere. To flee !

Most machines don't work.There is a gentleman working there who needs to be fired. No professionalism, he speaks badly to people and not only that he is supposed to help when needed but he does nothing. He's hot-blooded.
