1) Drove across the city to have a down coat cleaned. Once I got home, I realized that the down was clumped together in the collar. Was told to bring it back, but not interested in driving across town again. They should have checked it before giving it to me.
2) Another time, they repossessed an expensive blouse and pair of pants because I did not return fast enough to pick them up. They claimed that they called me a few times, but I never had any calls.

It’s really sad that I have been bringing my clothes here all seasons for few years. From down jacket, suits, to daily wear T shirts and shirts. You just started to see that they don’t really care about your clothes as much as they used to. Shirts and T shirts came back still with stains, bottons are rips from the pants and shirts which take a lot of strength to do so!! It’s sad, I hope whoever runs this place will see this, cuz no one wants to bring their loved pieces to a dry cleaner who don’t care.

Absolutely unreliable! Avoid at all cost. Brought 3 winter coats on Monday morning, specifically saying one needed to be ready by Thursday night (it was even written on the receipt). Got there on Thursday evening, they could not find the coats. After 10 minutes of searching in a very messy room (clothes lying all over the place, unorganized), they eventually found my 3 coats bundled up under the cash, obviously not cleaned. I had to get off work early to be there because they close at 5PM , only to find my coats in a state worse than I had left them. Very unprofessional. I had to put 1 star to post this review, but I would not put any.

Absolute disaster of a place! Guaranteed to fix my wife’s dress in a week. She gave them the dress 2 weeks in advance and still, they miserably failed to deliver on their commitment. Now she is left with no dress for a wedding abroad in 3 days!!!Complete lack of professionalism

I left the clothes in relatively clean condition dry-cleaned.
because I had them in the dressing room for a year.
The knitted dress is finished in a stiff state, so it is unfamiliar to wear. Other clothes gave satisfactory results.
But what I like the most about this place is the friendliness.
The friendly greetings and explanations from the female staff are perfect.
It's close to home, so I'll use this place often.
