I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. It’s one of the best pet stores in Montreal. It’s not fancy on the inside, quite “vintage” but functional.
We love the variety of products, some brands from the US (or other places) which are not available in other stores.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Parking in front is difficult but there is a parking place one block away. The staff usually helps you to your car if you are buying heavy stuff

Been going there since my first dog, It’s the best pet store in the greater Montreal area hands down. Chuck and his staff are the best and never judge and are full of knowledge and patience ????

I had good service, was able to try the clothes on my dog before purchasing them and I even stayed a little longer than closing without realizing it! They didn't pressure me to leave so I appreciate that.
