Service, staff and room amazing. Special thanks to Audrey-Anne! She offered the perfect upgrade for our need to relax. She also took the time out out if her x-mas party to explain how to use the bathtub stopper. She is a real asset to your hotel!

Fantastic location to grab a delicious meal. I recommend eating on terrace, overlooking falls. Lovely area behind the spa to relax (plenty of adirondack chairs in private nooks - next time I’ll bring a book!).
