I had very friendly service when I went in the other day. I don't go to the post office often, but based on this recent visit, I wanted to offer a balanced perspective to some of the other views written here.

Horrible customer service. I was reduced to tears by the belligerent customer service representative because I was paying with cash. Apparently “only criminals use cash, everyone uses debit or credit. Why don’t you use those?”After berating me for ten minutes she eventually used the money from the back room and shipped my package.

How in tarnation is anyone with a day job able to make it to the post office between 9:30-5:15 for a parcel pickup?!

Out of 3 parcels mailed 2 were returned to my house one week later… Returned to the post office to see why they were returned, the unhelpful lady did not understand why and would not refund my shipping cost. She told me I need to file a claim with Canada Post in order to receive my money back for a service not received to begin with! Burden is on the customer because now I have to jump through hoops in order to get my money back from Canada Post, plus I have to repay to send my parcels!!

Lady at the front desk usually has a very annoyed tone.
I also NEVER receive the white "pick up" slips your supposed to leave in the door or mailbox. I end up calling till my package is in or they will send it back
