I should be. Able to walk in a store with a friend without be watched also I picked something up and a worker told me to put it down and that I could not hold it as a person who’s been going to this pharmacy since I was a child I am very upset with this
Please, I felt unsafe with being accused of stealing and they were following me so I told him please stop and they didn’t and they said that I’m going to steal

I give 2 starts because some staff are friendly and helpful but the overall experience has dramatically declined, exceptionally in the last year. The rudeness of some staff, lack of communication between them, and unwillingness to listen has deteriorated the quality of this pharmacy.

Did not have a Quebec health card. Moved to Quebec full time and have yet to receive a health card. Was told all residents of Quebec have health cards (?) and then denied FREE rapid tests. Suggested I drive around to find a test which can’t be sound medical advice given they are a pharmacists????

Unbelievably helpful and courteous. I know no better in the world for excellent, professional, and timely advice. Superb service for phoned-in medication repeats. Courteous and obliging staff. Fluency in both languages. Well done. An example to many in the service and professional industries.

Can't correctly fulfill prescription refills requests.Loses Dr.'s prescriptions, to then find it wherever after doing the back and forth with the Doctor's office.Horrible services when trying to fix mistakes and/or find a solution, by turning you around, not advising and/or not calling you back when they say they will...I give a 2 stars for making it fair for the other staff and pharmacist that actually make an effort to provide a decent service...But really disapointed... still waiting for their call since noon for today's mistake they did in my son's prescription refills...

Opening hours have narrowed. We have to wait until 10 a.m. for them to open. If we go to the clinic before 10 a.m., we must return to be served. The pharmacy has changed a lot. It is no longer the friendly place we once knew. The employees don't know how to help us on the shelves. Most don't know what product we're talking about. It really has changed a lot. The waiting time is extremely long. Despite an impressive number of people working behind the counter.

Having worked there for over 10 years, I can assure you that no other pharmacy is comparable to Wakefield.Sébastien and Nadine are excellent bosses, but above all pharmacists who care about their customers. They are always looking for ways to make the pharmacy more efficient, while maintaining their human side. They are truly passionate and love helping people.Whether it's team meetings or training for employees, they are proactive and listen to their team. They always want the best for their employees.Yes, the waiting time for customers can be long at times, just like in any pharmacy. But if you knew everything that goes on behind the counter, it's going 100 miles an hour all the time.Hospital discharge, discharge changes, palliative care x-rays that change at times, doctor who made an error on an x-ray, waiting on the phone with insurance or with the Ramq or with the computer system, doctor who calls to obtain information on a patient, telephone advice, on-site advice, ordered products that have not arrived, products out of stock, faxes that come in with twenty prescriptions, waiting for lab results for finalize a file to send by delivery, the robot that does as it pleases and so on... but all this while giving the best of ourselves and serving customers with respect and a smile, because that's what Wakefield is all about . ?I take my hat off to my former colleagues for the great work they are doing, and even more so during this pandemic. You are wonderful and don't give up! ?
