Vincent is a very attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate agent. He is thorough in his questioning with the aim of truly understanding his clients' situations, goals, and how the two align, so that he can make informed and helpful suggestions. He regularly communicates, and maintains relationships with his clients even if a sale is not effected or is not in immediate sight due to timing or other factors did not allow for such to be the case. I very much appreciate his assistance over the years and highly recommend him.

Poor representation of their customers' expectations and blatant lack of seriousness. Not very available (I never met him in person and even less by phone after several exchanges with another agent and a lady who had a questionable role.
