IGA Wellington is a smaller, well-stocked supermarket offering a wide range of food items, including Quebon milk. The store is described as clean, well-kept, and not too busy. Many staff members are noted as helpful, friendly, and courteous, though some reviews mention that not all staff are consistently so, with occasional criticisms of service attitudes. The inventory is seen as limited compared to larger stores, and the availability of advertised sale items, especially in meat, poultry, and dairy, can be unreliable. Prices are generally viewed as very expensive compared to other groceries in town, though good sales and cost-effective discounted fruits and vegetables are offered. Some customers have experienced issues with expired items or mold on products. The receipts are in French, which can be confusing for non-French speakers. It is noted that there is a larger IGA location on Bannantyne with a better meat department, which some suggest trying if distance permits.

Its gone to the cash register, its falls into ruin, their solutions put tape when something breaks. Lifeless, employees who seem to love their jobs so much. Old Iga with Old mentality, counting their days before retiring.
