After leaving a poor review a few years back I was accused of being paid by a competing store to leave the bad review (which was not the case).
The poor review I left on their FaceBook page in 2020 still stands just as their unprofessional customer service and ways of business still stand.
Do not shop here unless you’re ready to be berated by the owner via private messages.

I have never felt more disrespected whenever I shop at this store compared to others at events. Overpriced singles, rude customer service, and instances of bad faith has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Their representatives at the recent ygo event were racist against customers. Heard them speaking in French and it was full of foul language towards a non-french speaking customer.

Unprofessionals. You're better off buying from stores that respect their customers. They will try to discredit your negative reviews but don't forget that unless you have finalized a sale they of course won't have any order with your name. Of course they make it easy not to order from as the experience is soured very early on. Store owner has a big ego and has been providing sub par service for nearly a decade with no signs of growth and self reflection. Might as well present himself with a pacifier and diapers is as his tantrums will confuse you for a toddler.

Absolutely terrible customer service, their website is a joke and confusing, the people working in the store have very minimal knowledge of their product and honestly give the impression you're more a nuisance than anything else. I'd go anywhere else after my experiences. Black list this establishment.

Terrible service. Blacklists whoever they feel like whenever someone corrects them on spelling or pricing.
Had a friend not get a card he paid for. Spoke to them politely. Next time myself or my friend ordered. We both got blacklisted from them. No explanation. Worst card shop in Quebec and Canada. Seen homeless people under a bridge treat people with more respect

Terrible customer service. These guys don’t want to be in the store & it shows. Singles are extremely overpriced compared to market price across online platforms & they will not negotiate down. I would not recommend unless you know what you need and get out fast.
Please see attached photo for proof of visit to your store in regard to your reply. Hope this clears the air to your false claim of me not visiting the shop.
