I had a prepaid Purolator shipment to drop off. The man behind the counter had such an impenetrable accent that I had no idea what he was on about. Not one single understandable word. How the guy conducts business and why Purolator would entrust this enterprise with any sort of responsibility is an absolute mystery.Dude, that was not French. It was an impenetrable fog of sounds.
