I liked going to the Couche-Tard automatic car wash in Verdun. This morning, I present the loyalty card giving me the right to a free wash on the 5th wash and to my dismay they have decided that they no longer respect the promotion. I want to understand that they want to stop this promotion but at least have the respect to honor this one until the end. I can't believe it, especially since I was regularly going to fill up with gas and have a coffee. For me, this service station is over. What a lack of respect for their customers.

I wasn’t going to comment but I’m over it 10 years I have never had an issue .. couple weeks ago I asked for gas ?she couldn’t understand English so I spoke in French she still stood thereConfused. I lost 4 min trying to tell her how much gas I need in English and French. I left….. obviously she didn’t understand? because she forgot to stop the pump?.Today I sent my daughter in for gas she said oh they doesn’t speak English they didn’t understand me but she had my proper change so I’m like ok. Go pump the machine it’s not working ?so I go in the ladys cleaning the floor( ?ohhh yah I forgot)?.I’m confused it’s not my job to click the button. I’m starting to feel like there’s a language issue as they wanna giggle like it’s a joke.

Polite staff, but never any coffee. Hardly ever restocked for one of the busiest couche tard gas stations.

This is a typical Couche-tard, if you go after 11 for some odd reasons the workers hang out a lot in the back room and do not answer the bell. I understand you didn’t accomplish much in your life and that you are now stuck working at a gas station for minimal wage, but your bitterness should not be directed towards clients.

Manual car wash so disappointing! The boxes are too small, the rods are in the water on the ground, the pressure is very low, the width of the jet so small! Impossible to make your car clean by this means.The car wash system has been refurbished. Even if extremely expensive, the result is quite good!It's the car wash that makes me put two stars otherwise it would stay at 1 star for the hand wash!
