The stars are exclusively for the floor staff. They were polite & helpful. They have to be, because none of the stock is where the website says it’s going to be. The cashier didn’t know how to process a prepaid gift card, but instead of asking her supervisor for assistance, she stared at me, cluelessly. Fortunately I was able to pay, only to find upon arriving home, the toilet paper I purchased smells like mold, and isn’t usable. I will never go back. The store in lasalle is infinitely better.

We had an absolutely revolting experience at this store. The employees were all behind the counter laughing rather than serving us, talking loudly and even ignoring the lady in front of us while she was paying for her purchases. I have never seen so little professionalism in a store!

The best for vacuum cleaner advice….Mr. MAMADOU….knows his merchandise and gives very good advice….like guarantee….among others and very kind cashier and showed us 5 year guarantee for honey vacuum cleaner with their store while keeping the invoiceVery good customer service this store…..I recommend it to you

It depends on the employees and the days, Carole at the entrance must review her approach to customers, the person at the auto parts gives good advice and provides good service.
