I recently had a terrible experience trying to return an item at this store. The workers were not helpful at all, and their unprofessionalism made the process unnecessarily difficult. They seemed annoyed that I was bothering them and didn't offer any assistance to make the return go smoothly. As a result, the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. While the bookstore has a great selection, their poor customer service leaves much to be desired. I'll be hesitant to shop here again knowing how challenging it is to return items.

Very rude staff, I received a lot of attitude when I tried to return a product (not a book) to the store. I was told they only do store credit but I was not advised by prior to making the purchase this was their policy.
Instead of being met with any empathy or understating about how frustrating this is, I was treated very rudely and mocked.
The expectation to be advised that a product is only eligible for store credit is not unreasonable.
I read a few more reviews, and I’m not the only person to have fallen for this scheme, they print that items are only eligible for store credit on the receipt! After you will have made the purchase and once it is too late to get your money back... buyer beware.
Also I was holding my two month old baby, what kind of messed up person is openly mean to mother holding a 2 month old? You should be ashamed of yourself.

A good spot to pick up a gift for yourself or someone else. This is a high-quality home goods store, so most of what they have is at a higher price point—it’s not a general kitchen supply store. If you want a nice locally-made ceramic dish, a pricy and premium knife, or some cocktail supplies from a place just across town, then definitely stop by. I often go in with a general idea in mind (two cocktail glasses for a friend) and leave with something that fits the bill but is still a bit of a surprise.
