Beautiful store, I love going there to find my greeting cards. However, I just witnessed poor customer service from a lady who had a question. The 2 employees at the counter, not knowing the item in question, let him leave frustrated with the service, and adopted a condescending attitude after his departure, while a little initiative and curiosity (google?) from the 2 employees would have left a much better impression on this customer, and on all those who witnessed it.

Boutique Brock Art has been my go-to store for every single occasion for over 5 years! Having lived in Verdun and stopped in the shop weekly to chat with the owners and staff, it has become almost like a second home to me ✨ Josiane, the owner, is such a wonderful person, and you can tell by the way she runs her store. Any mishap, return, or questions are always answered. For the one or two times I’ve had less than exceptional service from her staff, she has always made sure to follow up.
And now for the contents of the store… I really need to stop spending ALL of my money there! The quality of the products, sourcing, and aesthetic is so thought out and meaningful.
Verdun is extremely lucky to have this shop ?

Great store full of beautiful items. Great place to buy gifts and decorations. Most, if not all, items are made by Quebec artisans-which is a great plus. However, the staff is so distasteful that it really ruined my experience. The girls really have no interest of selling, nor can they give information about items. I was really disappointed because I really wanted to buy a gift, but there was no acknowledgement of me in the store. The sale staff looked bored and totally aloof of clients. To the owner-please hire people who appreciate your efforts and their work and are not just there doing hours.

I really liked the shop and I bought different times for me and my daughter.However this morning the two young ladies working there, where really rude with me, commenting very loudly when I was leaving. Other clients turned their heads when it happened.It made my shopping very unpleasant.Just an advice, if a client decides to speak in English, it doesn't mean he/she cannot understand you. Elsewhere in the world where I shopped I have never been made to feel bad for not speaking the language.

The most beautiful boutique on Wellington Street in my opinion. A somewhat vintage, somewhat flea market boutique, where you can only find products from local artists.
Jewelry, macramé, candles, embroidery, children's clothing or decorations, hats, calendar, greeting cards... The boutique to make gifts but also treat yourself.
Also DIY workshops behind the store, it's fun to create and have activities in the neighborhood.
Go take a look, the staff is very friendly.

This gift store has lots of ideas for the holiday season!
They have shampoo bars, essential oils, also varieties of accessories.
The employee was very nice and very friendly.
I liked the bed full of dolls and also a collection of crystal glasses but unfortunately not complete!
