This outlet can’t get their story straight and appear to be colluding with specific contractors.I don’t have an account at Wolseley but needed a replacement part for a system that came from them, so I called. They said it would be no problem selling the part to me. They referred me to their specialist who looked up the part number. I confirmed availability and price, and drove to the Vaudreuil outlet to purchase it. When I arrived, I was greeted by Etienne Bercier. Étienne refused to sell the part to me. He insisted they only sell that part to customers with accounts and recommended a specific contractor.I ordered the replacement part through a plumbing store with a Wolseley account, 5 minutes away. They agreed to place the order and would call me back for payment. Wolseley refused to sell the part to them!!! The store told me to contact the same person that Etienne told me to contact 10 minutes earlier.I went back in to confront Etienne who denied having received a call from the store and denied refusing to sell the part to the store. Etienne pulled in his director who backed up his story about not being able to sell the part to me nor a store without a specific RBQ license.I called another Wolseley outlet: they had no problem selling the replacement part to me directly, a part that can be purchased on Amazon for half the price (if you can wait for shipping).

Passer pour acheter 4 22 degré 5 pouce pour égouts prix 1350.00 pas de bon sens été chez distribution lazure les 4 pour 244.00 . Fini pour moi wolseley

Je suis client chez Wolseley depuis 4 ans. Au niveau de la qualité de service, j'ai eu quelques déceptions avec le temps (spécialement durant le temps du déménagement). Mais je voudrais souligner le bon travail de Christopher Stork à la succursale de Vaudreuil-Dorion. Il prend le temps de répondre à mes questions et je ressens sincèrement qu'il fait tout le temps de son mieux pour me servir/proposer les meilleurs conseils/solutions.En tant que Entrepreneur en CVAC, l'aide essentiel que je reçois de M. Stork me permet d'être plus efficace pour mes prestations de services et pour la gestion de mes projets.Je l'encourage et bonne continuation!Patrick RouleauÉvoAir
