I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received at your store. While visiting the fitting rooms, I encountered a young staff member who was quite rude to me.
I did not bring the hangers into the changing room, which seemed to disappoint her. I apologized for this oversight, but she responded by saying, "especially when you're not going to buy anything." I found this remark to be unprofessional and inappropriate.
I chose not to create a scene at the time, but I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention. The fitting rooms are intended to facilitate the shopping experience, and it is crucial that staff handle customers with courtesy and professionalism.
I hope you will address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I don't like that everything is out of order, sometimes you look for shoes and they are in the wrong sizes on the shelf, the clothes are too piled up with each other, I think they can improve.

I haven’t had a good experience at the checkout ever until I went on Sunday to buy shoes. I believe the young man who served me at the checkout was named Ethan. He was so kind and welcoming, an employee with a smile. Although my checkout was fast (as it should be) the experience was great and long lasting.
