I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, the sausages are insanely good. Having to eat Gluten free sometimes limits my options and I can eat every single one. I will be trying each and every sausage this summer. Love this place.

I had a sausage sandwich, the sausage was ok and so was the bread but I prefer my sandwiches to be more "garnished" with things like cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. so the whole experience was bland.Also, I really find it really insulting that the website is only in French - so I will not order online.

Had my family over for a bbq and decided to try William J Walter sausages. I bought 4 different kind of sausages and they were all very tasty. They were fresh, well seasoned and not overly salty. The William Suisse which was recommended to me by the gentleman behind the counter was delicious. I was hesitant to try it but I am glad I did. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality of their products. Definitely not the same quality as the ones you purchase at grocery stores. Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful.
