I had been shopping with Walmart in different provinces and also on different stores in QC. This is the worst and most terrible branch I ever seen. On Friday jun 30th 2023, I waked from my place about 15 mins to buy afew items including strawberry which was on sale. I could not find even one pack then tried to ask the employee on tht section but could not find even one person. I went to customar's service and they did not know who works in that section and where that person is. I had been in the store for 30 mins but found no one. This store was like an orphan who nobody took care of it. The manager was practically absent and the store was run by aliens. This was not the first time I found this store on this condition.

Made an online order for a canvas express print. Received an email saying it was ready for pickup...went in and it was not ready. Employee said it was because they do not have anyone who knows how to do it. I need it express for a photoshoot this weekend and they are no help. Order is paid for and everything. So disappointing go anywhere but here for photos.

Some of the very worst customer service I've ever experienced. In an almost empty store I was told to wait for someone else to help me as this employee was to busy chatting on his personal call. Twirling a finger thru his hair he completely ignored me standing at the counter as I heard about his weekend plans and how Walmart doesn't staff enough people for the electronics department anymore. Awful service.

Horrible store!! Staff doesn't care,Very dirty inside and very bad quality items.Dont buy any great value products:They may be 1 or 2 dollars less but the food of great value tastes weird and the products are not that bad but the food is horrible

Ok so this is perhaps the worst Walmart I've ever been to! Avoid avoid avoid at all cost! It's just a terrible waste of time. The shelves are bare to Empty! Nothing is ever fresh the deli counter is all near expiring .. the fruits and vegetables are always low quality there no one to ask for help.. service: complete joke! the cashiers are always in a bad mood and they never care to help.. I never come here except for today It's thanksgiving and they had roast beef on their flyer for an amazing price!!! Guess what .. they never even received their order in and they didn't know if they'll ever receive it .. lol what a total joke lady did not care and asked if we wanted a rain check pffft No thanks why do i need a rain check if thanksgiving is Tonight what a complete waste of time and now I'm kindove scrambling to get some turkey and roast beef someplace else .. it's just really frustrating as Now i have less time to come home and prepare thanksgiving dinner grrr... Never ever will I be back here again I learned my lesson today and you don't deserve my business! I will definitely check other walmarts out who are way better managed and have better quality and stocked shelves at least geeez is it so much to ask for!?
