Service désagréable! Je demandais à la caissière la grandeur du napperon qui était sur le comptoir de la caisse et tout ce qu’elle me répondait c’est, tous les napperons sont à leur place là bas! Je lui redemande si il y a une façon de savoir la grandeur et me répond encore tous les napperons sont à ça leur place!! Service à la clientèle vraiment pas présent dans cette boutique ?

Although this store is well stocked and in a great location... service in the store by the sales women/manager is horrific. I'm at this store often, and not once has this person smiled, said thank you, or tried to get to know you. On a most recent visit, returning an item was a terrible experience as the item was bought online and our online invoice was not sufficient. Go figure. Either way, with no help from her, I was able to get the info she needed and completed my return. This will be the last time I visit this location. The district manager should have a talk with her.
