I bought a suit for my son for his prom he was not sure if he was liking it and was not sure if he want it The staff constantly told me multiple times to buy it and just bring it back if he doesn’t end up wearing one it they told me I had 30 days . The following week I went to return the suit because my son chose another one . They lied to me about their policy and decided to makes excuses for not able to return my purchase . The tag was on everything was okay but they decided still to find excuses and lie about it . The staff was so disrespectful especially this guys names Maxime he was racist mocked me at a point that I had to call the police I’m really disappointed at this company and I hope nobody buys from there they scam u just to make their sales . They will force you to buy stuff .

Browsed for 10 to 15 minutes while 3 employees were chatting at cash. Never offered their help. Had to ask them myself, and felt like i was bothering them. They brought me to the cabins, then back to cash to chat. No follow up. See you never.

I bought a suite last week for a wedding, when I tried it on the suite fit perfectly. However, it was very wrinkled, I ask if they can steem it, they said yes and asked me to come back after an hour. When I went back I was told the suit was steem and wrinkle free. I was very happy, to my surprise on Sunday morning when I open the suit back, it was still wrinkled, I was stressed out, as I had to be at the groom house at 9 am, I removed the tags, tried to iron it, and steem it, but I was not able to get the wrinkles out . itas not a very pleasant experience, i very stressed, I am really not happy

Online order was literally ready the next day, this can't be said for most stores that offer online shopping!Excellent service!

Every time I step in this store they surprise me!Except one or two younger ladies, other staffs are not friendly and helpful and even sometimes rude.

When my daughter and I walk into the store the sales lady looked at us and didn't say hello. Nobody offered to help us while I was searching for sizes. They didn't offer her a dressing room they just stared at us. The young man was rude. He heard us speak English but continued to speak French. He didn't offer to help us yet he asked me for my name & postal code so that he can add his name to the commission. Horrible horrible service will never shop in Vaudreuil-Dorion R&W rather travel to the one in Pointe-Claire. This happened to us around 3PM on a Saturday & the store was not busy at all.

Rude on the phone, not helpful in person when it came to one of their blazers leaking black ink on my new blush top. One item was bought this month, the other one was bought over a year ago. Buy a lot of clothes here and So disappointed. Manager needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
