I trusted this company, but no longer now. They deal with marketplace sellers that I thought are verified before allowing them to use Reitmans trusted website to sell their products, appearantly it's not the case. After I received the wrong item, I had to call Reitmans a tens of times for them to contact the seller, as no direct contact with that one could be established. Each time, I had to wait 30 minutes or more to reach somebody, they can't do anything, just wait for an answer, if one, from the seller. What type of seller are they dealing with, if no contacts are available, when their site says that a purchase made from a RCL seller has to be followed up with that one directly...People, be aware!Natalia Trandafir

Wonderful and helpful staff, I had seen warm winter leggings online I was interested in but wanted to try them on and buy them in person in the store. Truly high quality clothing for amazing prices, and the employee who helped me find the right size of pants had actually gotten herself a pair she was wearing. I'm very confident in my purchase after hearing how happy she was with them. For the first time I've ever seen they had extended sizes in store I was able to try on, so I could actually see that the tall fit long enough. It's extremely difficult to find pants as a tall person, especially leggings.

Reitmans Vaudreuil is always a pleasure to shop at. Staff are courteous and pleasant. The staff and manager showed exemplary methods of strict hygiene during the current pandemic, I felt safe shopping. If only the clients would do the same.
