Women's washroom extremely dirty, and second stall out of order. Hand dryer out of order too with no paper towels. No towels in the men's either. I decided to drive to the next exit.

Even though it’ says Petro Canada car wash it is not in fact a Petro Canada car wash so you can’t use your petro canada car wash card. waited in line 45 minutes for nothing. No where it indicated that the csr wash is independent.
