I have NEVER had such HORRIBLE service. I bought 2 wipers and was having a hard time installing them so I went back to NAPA Vaudreuil for some assistance. The manager there was dismissive & RUDE. Not only that, I had to take my car elsewhere to get some help to find out that I wasnt even sold the correct size of wipers my car! THANK YOU NAPA FOR RUINING MY SATURDAY WITH SOMETHIING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A QUICK FIX! I will NEVER be buying anything from you again and I will be SURE to advise all my friends and family to steer clear as well. Too bad we cant put ZERO stars. Thanks for nothing.

Very good service! Amazing in fact! Doing a brake job, knew that new years eve was coming up. I ordered parts late Wednesday night, and instead of it showing as pick up on Thursday, it said Saturday. I call and they explained that if you ordered after 5pm your order was processed the next morning. After discussing, the guy said he would get the parts from another napa store and bring them over and I could come that afternoon. Wow, amazing customer service!
