I will never return my van to this shop. They lack empathy.On three occasions that I took my van there, they exploited me and took my money. I have my receipts and the work they did.Today I tested them for the last time, I want to know if they are honest and fair mechanic shop.I took my van there to check the condition of the front tyre hitting sidewalks.They charged me $208 for checking the car only! The quoted $775 for the repairs.I spoke calmly because I don’t want to be angry or behave poorly in their shop, The Man handling the shop now said he will reduced $50 from the $208 they charged me and THEY NEVER TELL ME in the morning when I dropped my van that I will pay money for inspecting my front passenger tyre.For your information, I took the van to another reputable mechanic shop after I left your shop this morning, they charged me $45 for inspecting the van while you eventually took $158 from me.What the new mechanic shop told me is VERY OPPOSITE to what this Auto NAPA said. They wanted to exploit me again. I regretted all I did there.

Left my car for 4 days to get the job done. Came back to pick it up only to find out my exhaust line is now blown and leaving a gas smell inside the car. They have no idea of how this happened other than while test driving the car and never gave me a heads up about it. If you want a garagist to test drive your car like it's a mean machine go there, otherwise avoid at all cost. Just so you know, leaving a parking by jumping a sidewalk can also break an exhaust. Get your car Park sorted out and let the cars out the right way.

Avoid like a plague.Came in with noisy exhaust system, was told need to replace with original honda parts(otherwise I'll have check engine light on) total cost 1158$, since I need original honda parts I went to honda-vaudreuil, at honda in 30min I got my car back the bill was 109$ no more noise, they changed 3 bolts and a gasket. They were clueless why I was billed 1158$.
