I think it is a good store but it lacks assortment. I went on December 24, although I think the size of the store is small anyway and that is the reason for the lack of items. Due to its size, it is not as busy as others and is organized.

The Home side of the store is an interesting store to look for gifts and décor. The other side, Marshalls, Is not the type of merchandize I would buy, to me it seems kind of a thrift type of store. It is clean and uncluttered but the cash area can be slow as of a lack of personal. We do go for the home side.

Tons of stuff ! Al was extremely helpful and they made my day by helping me with an ornament I wanted to purchase but was slightly damaged. Will definitely be going back because of that type of service!

3 star rating because I do like this store , but I feel that it's just not as good as it used to be and they really need to improve their customer service.I understand prices going up, it's the same everywhere but what concerns me is that the quality is getting worse. Especially with furniture items. Many pieces are wobbly, missing parts, have more obvious imperfections than usual and when you want to purchase something with a big defect or flaw they are very reluctant to give you a discount.This happened to me last night, I wanted to buy an item that was broken figuring that i could repair it myself. When I got to the check-out counter the cashier told me very nicely that he could ask to see if they would give me a discount. He called over someone who might have been a manager, not sure, and right away she was aggressive. I didn't break the item, but you would think that I did by her behavior. She offered me a discount in the end but I didn't need the attitude that came with it. I was smiling and friendly towards her with no apprehension whatsoever, so this was not warranted.I do try to understand and accept people for the way they are, but this particular individual is often rude to customers and frankly, I spend way too much money in this store to merit this. Customer service is important and it is absolutely unnecessary to be impolite with customers especially when they are being kind and patient.All in all, I'm not saying that I will never go back, I probably will, just not very often and not for a while. On the plus side, I have met some staff who are very friendly and helpful as well, so it's not all negative. Hopefully things will improve in the near future. If it does, I will be more than happy to update this review :)
