The products indicate Bamboo.
After purchasing 4 packages, we realize that it is not bamboo but the name of the brand.
We return to the store to explain the situation.
The cashier is cold and completely incomprehensible.
She doesn't care about our opinion and doesn't want to reimburse us.
It ultimately allows us to make an exchange. But we are forced to choose things that don't really interest us.
When we got to the checkout, we were informed that one of the packages was not exchangeable because we opened it to see the product label because it is almost impossible to see on the packaging.
Ultimately, this store is a real scam. It's not expensive but it leaves room for interpretation.
Cheap but low quality even if the price is low.
Just for customer service, avoid completely.
Never again and I'm going to make sure people I know don't even stop there.

La femme qui y était à vraiment aucun savoir vivre. Ils prennent les clients pour des moins que rien. Ils ne connaissent pas le service à la clientèle. La femme est même sortie après nous pour nous crier après car elle nous avait entendu moi et mon fils dire qu’avec les services reçu, je n’achèterais rien. Elle m’a même refusé l’accès à la salle de bain tous sa avec un air condescendant.

horrible experience. not everyone comes from the country side. bought a pole for my curtains and the end doesn't hook onto peppery PLUS stones were missing on one end. Ended up calling, no manager available and they don't even know when I manager pops up unless it's for a check up? IF I ever decide to come back, best believe I'll check EVERTYHING I buy before check out. oh also the audacity come back to exchange? Lady I drove 30 mins plus you think I'll drive another for a 26 currain rod? No GARBAGE. Also on packaging says instructions included, none were so policy of no exchange is clearly BS!!! SOO upset right now!
