Naturally I like going there because there are special vouchers but when the staff makes beginner's mistakes it sucks I had to go back to the store because they didn't scan the correct scq so it cost me more that the price indicated in addition it was a big one (as if I had the time to waste having to go and correct this error) in the end the girl is not excused for this error made (“manager”) then told me just said the person was new “OK? » unfortunately I return was unable to vrm thank you the same for trying ✌?

Not sure what to say here. I accompanied my partner as he was jean shopping. I was on the lookout for a gift for my dad. My partner was treated incredibly well. He was shown options and the store clerk gave him loads of attention as she picked out different styles for him.
I got a small amount of attention. It was assumed the shirts I'd picked were for my partner when they were not. When I asked about shirts at the front of the store, I was pointed to where they were, told about a sale and that's about it. The most surprising part was after my partner completed his transaction and refused a bag, when I paid, I was not offered one because it was assumed I was the same as my partner?

I haven't worn jeans in almost a decade.A few months earlier I tried buying jeans and was met with unhelpful retail staff and unflattering options.Today, Emilie or Emily greeted me as I entered the store and helped me find a pair of jeans in my size that fit.She was helpful and kind and I left feeling amazing. While there I saw her colleagues helping other customers in the same manner and you could see that they were earning their sales.This is what Brick and Mortar retail should be. In the age of online shopping we need more stores like this (staff that knows the product and knows how to do more than just bring an alternate size and fold tshirts).10/10 will recommend!
