Don't expect much at the time of purchase, first of all I make an appointment for 4 p.m. due to lack of availability during the week, I am moved to 5 p.m. I had an appointment for a vehicle, I was informed at 5 p.m. that the vehicle was sold to someone else at 3 p.m., no decency to warn, write to me or inform me, catastrophic logistics , customer service to be reviewed, sharks obsessed with money, forgetting all human relations.

The after sales is zero I canceled the elite guarantee and currently they are stealing $3000 from me look before believing I call the bank they told me that they only received 664.34 a chance I called $3000 is missing I spoke by email with guarantee elite who confirms to me that hgregoire vaudreuil received the 3664.34 it is August 1 and still no return call no refund of $3000 they stole my money! Since July 15 I have been able to guarantee and since July 24 I have called the finance director who is not taking this matter seriously ALWAYS KEEP ALL YOUR PROOF

No communication!
June 8th I go to H.Gregiore to looked at used truck. I have searched for months for a truck like this with decent mileage and reasonable price.After searching the lot I find the truck taking afew moments to look at it go in to find a sales person. Staff are friendly but are not very knowledgeable. I give them my documentation so I can road test the vehicle. After the road test I note that the tires are unsafe(worn to the wear bars) There's also a vibration at 80-90 kp/h (related to the rear driveshaft) Was toldby salesperson that the vehicles go through a strict 150 point insection.
June 10th-receive call from dealer that they are replacing the tires
Still has the vibration ordering new driveshaft
June 11th told by dealer that the driveshaft should be here next day
June 12th no change in status
June 13th no change. Contact local dealer and they inform me they can have a new driveshaft next day.
June 18th still no part, apologies and excuses have started
June 19th part is here! Will try to have it installed but it's extremely hot and the garage is under staffed.
June 20th called that part wasn't installed yesterday due to wanting their expert mechanic to install ensuring that it is done correctly
June 21st no update
Truck is sent gm dealer for warranty repair on transmisson
Few days later informed that repair wasnt successful. Vibration still exists.
Offered to either take a refund of deposit or chose another truck. Chose to do business somewhere else

By far not the best buying experience, Lucas tried his best but was headed off by the manager. You'd think a near $40k purchase would warrant cleaning the inside of the vehicle!! Beware the 'inspection' and missed defects which took numerous returns to correct, some not + HG did not 'know' the vehicle and how it operates. HG said they are a 'volume' seller........and they are!! Buyers use caution and know your vehicle specs!

Worst place for after-sales service.
When leaving with our vehicle we had a problem with it on at least 4 occasions we contacted them and each time it's the same story we understand your frustration someone will call you back but never a return call.
We purchased at the Vaudreuil branch.
PU never. Étienne was our very kind salesman to close his sale but after that it was pretty ordinary

Great service regarding sales. However, after-sales service leaves something to be desired. My boyfriend bought a 2021 Kia with an extended warranty which cost him over $3,500. The car recently started stopping suddenly when driving on the highway. (Quite dangerous) He went to the garage for the first time, we scanned his tank, but we decided to add oil, saying that that was the problem and without pushing any further. In addition, my friend, before going to the garage, had his car scanned elsewhere and we found that it was a sensor (which had been mentioned during the meeting). The next day the problem was back (obviously). He returns to the garage, they refuse to look for the problem under the pretext that there was no check engine on, despite video proof of the engine noise. We called back to push the matter, and he was told that he would not have a courtesy car until they found the problem and verified that it was under warranty. . (Plus he has to pay for the said courtesy car) He has had to go to the garage three times and he gets laughed in the face. Not to mention all the hours of lost work. He paid for a warranty but the garage refuses to honor the warranty. The problem is still not resolved and the team does not seem to want it to happen.
