Just recently bought our 2020 car after leasing it for four years, two months later due to engine issues we were forced to urgently fix it for 2000$ which was disappointing. The issue was so specific that no one but the dealer could help us. Upon arrival at the dealership to fix the car, we were met with an offer that surprised us. As we spend a lot of money on gas, we were offered to switch to an electric car and purchase it for less than we spend on gas per week (waiving the cost of fixing the other car). The car had the same mileage and even more amenities than our previous one. Not only that but after a few years the car will have virtually no cost for electricity. We also had issues with the insurance company but we were met with patience and help getting a new reliable insurance company by the staff at HGrégoire. Very happy with the quick thinking of Karina for the amazing idea and big shoutout for going above and beyond. Would absolutely deal with her again.

I have waited a few months to write this review. My 2018 Hyundai Tuscon which was covered with extended warranty had engine failure, a common problems with Tucson of that year. I had all my normal maintenance and oil changes done, but not through this dealership as I had it done closer to where I work.
As soon as I brought the car in they were defensive and accused me of not doing oil changes. When I provided then with all the evidence of my maintenance, they said it was not done through them so it was not valid.
While the engine change was done under goodwill through Hyundai Canada, I was still charged $900 for Hyundai Vaudreuil to do the inspection to put the claim in, even though I had an extended warranty that was suppose to cover it. What is the point of an extended warranty if I am charged to review if the issue is covered or not?
I tried to call the service manager several times and left him voicemails and never got a call back. Hyundai Canada said the charge is up to the dealership.
The arrogance and attitude of the person I was dealing with was incredible. He was rude, condescending and very hard to deal with.
I will never step foot in that dealership again and buyer beware when going to this dealership.

I have a recall for my car. Went in March/April
Of this year they told me they had to order the part for it I was told they would call to schedule a date. Nothing came of it. I called and made an appointment which they only had space for in July. The day before they called and said they didn’t have enough parts and they would call again to schedule another date and I have yet to receive a call. This is highly unprofessional and annoying.
