Went on a sunday right before closing, the staff were so friendly and helpful! I had a brain fart and couldn't remember which dog food we usually get so they offered to look it up, which is when they noticed I usually shop at a different store. They then proceeded to call the other location to enquire about our usual dog food. All the while they were making faces at my baby and making him laugh. Not to mention some of the ladies were very francophone and didn't even hesitate to speak to me in the language of my chosing. They all just went above and beyond, then even walked me out with the food to my car. Just wow!

Never again, I went for my dog's claws, I waited a very long time, the employee was very stressed and bossy, I would rather pay more for better service.

Service is amazing, not only at this location but all the other Global Pet Foods. The owners know what they are doing. Very healthy meals for the animals 100% recommended.

Walked in yesterday to this store I trusted for years…to hear a client being admonished by staff member in the most vulgar manner. Sorry…but I will never ever again buy from you.
