I was really disappointed with my experience at Dynamite Vaudreuil.
When I arrived, all three girls working were just sitting and talking, and no one even said hello. One girl did eventually help me, but after a few minutes, she left me in the waiting room without checking if I needed any other sizes. I had to get dressed again and go find the size I needed myself. Honestly, it felt like I would have received better service if I had just ordered online. It’s frustrating that there’s no focus on customer service anymore.

Mia …. Amazing service, knew exactly what to offer my 13 year old daughter. Super professional , dynamite (vaudreuil location) is lucky to have her. Merci Mia!

Generally love this brand - but the Vaudreuil store is THE worst. The employees are so rude, downgrading and disrespectful. The absolute worst customer service.

saw the employees all gang up and yell at one of the girls for seemingly no reason. i don’t know what kind of toxic workplace it is but it ruined my shopping experience 0/10 extremely unprofessional behaviour coming especially from the manager.

Not even a hello when I walked in.The three employees at the counter hardly looked at me let alone asked if I could like a hand.I returned to the changing room twice during my stint at Dynamite. A 25 minute visit where the only words spoken were “bye”A potential customer did not outweigh the friend standing at the counter that whole duration.Won’t be retuning.
