Employees on a “power trip”. They intentionally failed the transaction at the terminal and prevented us from paying by debit because the membership card is in my name and the debit card for my joint account is in my husband's name. They of course take advantage of this to encourage us to take the Mastercard card.

Always excellent service at Costco Vaudreuil! On my way there, a raccoon hit my car, damaging the under shield. I went to the garage for some tape to secure it, and two gentlemen went above and beyond to help. They tied the under shield in place, cleared debris, and ensured my car was safe to drive to a body shop. As for shopping, my experiences with the management and staff have consistently been positive.

Great prices although you have to pay more you get more.
They have scanners for your membership at the door now so getting in is quicker and the new self checkouts are a great idea as you get out much quicker. And the real good news about that is that they have kept all of their manned cashes still open so they have NOT laid anyone off because of the self checkouts . Now if only they would bring coffee back to their restaurant...

Extremely disappointed with my trip to costco this morning. The staff were completely rude. I was trying to grab a pack of lettuce in the produce department and the women stocking shelves was utterly rude when she told me to back up and give her some space....and then to cap off this unacceptable trip, Nancy serving at the cash was totally rude and condescending as I went to hand her my costco member card I was told very sharply that I was to hand it to her on the other side. You work with the public if you are having a bad day that is not my problem. Find a new job Nancy!!!!
