I purchased a gazebo worth 30k. There was one left that he had been trying to pass on for over a year and despite that, no discount. I had to push to get $500.
I wanted to make modifications to the gazebo, they called the supplier to validate the feasibility and they also spoke with their installers. It’s doable so go for it. the service has been great so far.
Delivery, two very nice guys and they even informed me of a breakage which we wrote on the delivery note in order to have a replacement. Everything is fine.
I started the installation and arrived at the roof, I was missing a corrugated aluminum panel. I am very surprised because the manufacturer puts more screws, paint, etc. but an error happens, no problem. I jumped in my car and went to the store because it was forecasting rain to come. I knew he wouldn't have the part so I suggested they take a panel on their demo that no one would see because it was in the corner of the store. “No, you can’t do that…. Ok but how long before you get the part? Ha, it’s very fast. » I leave very disappointed because I have to protect everything and I know that the water may still penetrate. So I put a plastic to protect the black paper and the wood underneath. 1,2,3 weeks passed, no news, I have to run after them, no tracking, no package tracking nothing. I call unhappy, the rain has caused damage, I have to replace the paper and the director offers me no alternative but to wait. Finally, 1 and a half months later I receive my roof part + the broken part AND I have to go get it. No apology, explanation, compensation, nothing. My hypothesis, the supplier put the parts with its regular shipping of gazebos in the region.
My frustration is not the missing piece. I offered an alternative solution to avoid damage, they did so, made me wait, putting the blame on the supplier. In addition, my part should have been sent by direct parcel to my home and especially for the price I paid. Excuse me, after-sales service leaves something to be desired. The most valuable thing for a company is customer satisfaction, and they have missed it.

Before leaving, make sure to check your receipt.
At the register, they did not scan my product, and they scanned something else on their counter. Ended up with almost 50$ surcharge. When I came back to the counter, they sent me to the back to talk with the chemicals guy and did not even bother checking my receipt or the price on the product. I got a refund, thanks to the chemicals guy.

My wife bought a spa at Club Piscine Pierrefonds in 2017. We have a problem with it... I called the Vaudreuil branch and left a message. No return calls from you! We have to do business with Pierrefonds. Not surprised since we got kicked out in the past by one of your advisors.... They didn't even want to send us a technician..... He wanted us to do it ourselves!? ?. It was a simple problem too...

I went to club piscine Vaudreuil on Saturday and meet with Marc Farrell superviseur of service department.I told him about my pool losing water when it is working and no leakwhen it’s not working.He suggested me a few ideas and took the time to listen to me .instead of saying (We have to send a team to investigate and fix at a maybe a big cost he told me what to do to eliminate all probable problems and he sold me a kit for 5.00$ and went home and did like he told me.i found the problem and repair it and now the pool is leak free.So a big thanks to mark for your help.I will remember you .Have a great day

Very pleasant experience with CP Vaudreuil replacing my 27' pool; good in-store service and very competitive pricing.
The installation, which was done by Kevin and his team, was excellent; there were more guys than I expected and they had loads of equipment and took the time required to do a really good job - and I'm picky.
Highly recommend.
