They sell defective products and refuse to issue a refund. Extremely arrogant supervisor, manager who is completely incapable of resolving the situation. I am amazed at the non-existent customer service.

You could easily spend 10 consecutive days there and fill your house with amazing items. This store is fantastic as always. I previously rated it 3 stars, but now it's 4.5/5.

In the spring I went for an oil change. This was not my first time at the Vaudreuil location. On this particular morning, it rained heavily, non-stop. When the oil change was done, my car was left in the parking lot with the driver’s window partially open. When I went out to the car, I was horrified at what I saw. A soaking wet driver’s seat and the entire area was drenched, too. I returned to the service centre and all I got was a sorry. Needless to say, I was livid. Later, I noticed grease handprints on much of the upholstery. I will never return to this location again. The incompetence is obvious. Entrust your automobile to this service centre at your own risk.

It's been a long time since I lost confidence in Canadian Tire for the repair of my cars. I told myself that changing tires isn't too hard so I put brand new tires on and they didn't mind seeing that 2 mags were damaged (probably due to a pothole which burst a tire). The car was vibrating, I went to the dealership and after $90 tire change and $180 at the dealership they told me that 2 mags were crooked and that it's impossible that the guy who rimmed my tires didn't notice.
Big zero Canadian tire garages.

The cashiers ran away even when there were a lot of customers leaving only one person to take care of everyone. They were just chatting away from the counter.
