I recently left this gym after being a member for 3 years and going 5 times a week. The experience has worsened considerably since I joined. Surly and unhelpful staff. Equipment frequently broken for weeks. And finally the cleanliness of the establishment was awful. Best advice, find another gym like I did.

First visit to a gym in my life. The employee at the counter was very welcoming and motivating. He took the time to explain to me how the gym worked and was reassuring.

It was the first time I went to buzzfit in Vaudreuil and the first thing I noticed was the smell which is really disgusting. There is no ventilation.

In busy times it's hell for the availability of machines and space in the lockers in the evening. So I told myself I'm going to come earlier in the morning but lol most of the lockers are already reserved with a padlock on them for those who come regularly in the evening. Ridiculous. Take this into consideration before registering because the owner seems to accept this and be too friendly.

It smells like everything everyone ate !Can you guys fix the ventilation system it’s been 2 weeks doesn’t take that long. I know it’s buzzfit not the highest end gym but least you can do ventilation. One call away to fix

Fix or turn the air conditioning on. Very disappointed with the vaudreuil location only gym or Buzz like this in the winter, no other gym is like this. This is the second year i go and it’s like this in the winter. It’s disgusting in there the windows are fogged up to the ceiling and it’s like a sauna in there. It’s so hot the pipes from the ceiling are leaking. Fix this garbage asap. You’re lucky you’re the only gym in vaudreuil.

As in all winters, half of the people who enter do not take off their shoes and go directly to the locker room, the staff does nothing or almost nothing.

I love the place, I love the staff, but I went to Buzzfit on sources Boulevard. I still love the staff, but wow now I think Vaudreuil needs a bigger building, The Machine's color coded and a serious update.

I have decided to end my subscription. But it still continued to automatically collect payment from my card with no way to stop it.So I changed my card but unfortunately he sends me lots of messages, calls and emails like my subscription is not paid and everythingVery disappointed with this situation
