The staff and especially the manager Alexandra are super helpful. She was knowledgeable and kind. Even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I bought a green tea candle and it smelt great!

It is very possible that this store does not respect the prices displayed on their item, even if the discount and the price are pasted and displayed on the item it is possible that the manager Lorie depending on her mood decides to give you the discount or No . She and the Bouclair store do not in any way respect the policy of display and accuracy of prices in force in Quebec, even if it is clearly displayed with a large sticker of 30% off the decision rendered at the checkout comes back to Lorie the manager and who is also the supervisor to give you the discount or not. And be careful you will also have to persist with his Boy Friends his girlfriend of the heart with the cap on backwards and I would tell you that he has barely passed puberty, I don't know what his role in this shopping? But let's say that with us he seeks confrontation. I think Lorie should tell her boyfriend and girlfriend that he has no business in the store or on his shift. This store lacks a lot of class, the customer approach is a big zero and above all it in no way respects the laws in force in Quebec.

No mutual assistance between employees. The cashier asks for help making another transaction while he finishes up with us!! The other employee never responded and completed the customer's transaction. The cashier had to respond to the customer when he finished our transaction.
We cannot see the transaction since the receipt is only by email and we cannot see what the cashier writes because there is no screen on the customer's side. If there is an error, as a customer we only know once we arrive. Will there be any recourse especially if the purchase is a liquidation product??
We were not impressed with the service, sorry to say.

Great location. However, they are moving in January, not too far from its current location. Store has lots of "moving" specials. Staff are very polite.
