The store is the perfect reflection of the managers there, complete incompetence, stock anywhere and everywhere in store except where it’s supposed to go, online inventory wrong, paying in cash seems complicated, maybe put some change in the cash drawer, there’s an idea, given the wrong product by salesman after showing the product on my phone, being told to be quiet by a frustrated manager and told they don’t need me because I wanna get my money back after the cash supervisor says to the salesman he wants to get refunded in cash and he’s French too, you do realize it is possible to speak multiple language right.

Ask the lady at the entrance for a clerk to purchase a washer dryer after 30 minutes I go back and ask her for another 30
Min and no one came but he had 6 electronics clerks who were fooling around together so I will make my purchase elsewhere and will never be able to return the service -200000000%

We bought an irobot with extended warranty and we are told that we will get a full refund if anything happens to it. We went there yesterday and we were told that the item would not be collected we should contact the chat helpline. We contact the store chat helpline and the helpline agent told us to take it to the store with a reference number. I told the man in charge, and he said I should tell the chat help line thank you and end the chat. He came back and said we should go back and contact the manufacturer. First we where not told this is how it will play out when we got the product. Best buy is the one who sold us the warranty and we are covered under best buy warranty. He told us not to come back to the store and said it will take more than a week to fixed this. More than 3 same product returned to the store same day. We bought our own in December, 2023 for over $1300. The app is always jamming, the spinning broomstick cut more than 4 times in a short time and sometimes because the app jams it indicates low battery. We only use it once a week. No refund and he succeeded to waste 1 hr 30mins of our time.

Automated telephone service without the possibility of speaking to anyone, just for a simple question that I was never able to get any information, wasted an hour on the phone listening to options that lead nowhere.

Très bon service, toutes les fois où j'ai eu besoin de quoi que ce soit, j'ai pu avoir l'aide dont j'avais besoin. La seule petite critique que j'aurais à donner serait le peu de stock sur le plancher pour quoi que ce soit qui est spécifique, mais dans ce cas il faut passer par le site web (qui d'ailleur a toujours fonctionné très bien à mon avis!)

Your salesman Balpreet Singh sold me protection on my lap top telling me it was a cost of $26.99 for 5 years. Ultimately, it was a monthly fee!! A great example of fraudulent misrepresentation. I will never do business with you again, I am extremely disappointed to put it on the line

Spend 2.5 hours in the store to change your cell phone. And left without a cell phone. The clerk was friendly but clearly needed help and no one was helping him. A flock of more or less young people who chill together and 1 who works, instead of coming to help listen to F1 on their cell phone Whatever. 5 for the clerk's effort 0 for the entire store what a waste of time!!!!

I had very, very good service from Adamo and Fadi for the laptop of my young person who wanted a gaming laptop and I who don't know that much about that and very good price also thank you for your service guys
