I had a special experience with this company. They miscalculated the plans. I had an exterior wall that had to be blown out due to an exterior faucet, it was they themselves who spoke to me about it, many times. But they didn't put this measure in all my plans. So I find myself with an extremely expensive bathroom, but not enough space around the toilet. In short, be careful, take the time to look at everything and recalculate it yourself. In addition, when the final measurement was taken, Mr. Sénécal himself made the same measurement error, so check and recheck. I had other problems encountered, but they were able to fix everything. Bottom line, my vanity looks beautiful, and I get lots of compliments on my bathroom. I thank Ms. Julie Corbeil and M. Simon for the corrections after installation.

I did business with Armoires Senécal in Vaudreuil for the renovation of my bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with Véronique to develop the plan. She is very attentive, patient and thorough. She supported me very well with all the choices of materials and gave me very good advice. My cabinets look great! Delivery and installation went very well. I recommend without hesitation!

I did my kitchen cabinets with them 2 years ago. They are professional but the quality of the cabinets is a little disappointing. The boxes are made of cheap material which swells on contact with water. Already signs of wear in my kitchen (even though we are being very careful). Some doors no longer close completely (the sliding boxes for the trash can and the spice rack). the paint on the cabinets shows traces of water. Really difficult to maintain, especially the doors under the kitchen sink where water can leak when washing dishes.

We did our kitchen 10 years ago and shortly afterwards started seeing peeling of our wood cabinets . The original kitchen was from 1987 and was dated but the cabinets still held up . Not sure their product is top grade

Je les ai trouvés très professionnels et organisés, mais à l'installation, je n'avais pas de portes disponibles, ne savaient pas quand je les recevrais (ça pouvait prendre quelques mois) et ne m'avaient pas laissé savoir cette information importante avant l'installation. C'est une compagnie dont j'aurais pu mettre 5 étoiles facilement s'il n'y avait pas eu cet incident qui nous a désorganisé dans notre horaire et le manque d'information à ce niveau à l'après-vente pour la seconde installation à planifier.

My parents contractor used Senecal Vaudreuil for their kitchen renovation and at first the cabinets seemed beautiful and they were very happy with the results. 1 year later to their dismay their brand new kitchen cabinets started peeling. They've reached out to the company and Senecal did not acknowledge the faulty product instead offered to refurbish them for 2 thousand dollars. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. The cabinets are nowhere near humidity or water therefore, there's no excuse for this. Don't be fooled by the beautiful aesthetic this company offers. Their product is not quality and they pridefully put their logo on this garbage. My parents paid a lot of money for their dream kitchen and it makes me really upset that they've been brushed off like this.
