Amazing service and staff! I was running late and they re opened the store for me 15-20 minutes after closing time! Great selection of products and helped me pick out a beautiful selection of roses!

So disappointed with the service and being treated like that. I love plants, my house is a jungle. When I enter, no one speaks to me. I found a eucalyptus tree and wanted to ask about caring for it. The 2 ladies looked at me with disgust and kept staring at the tattoos on my arm (by the way, on my arm it's Toy Story, nothing offensive). They didn't answer my questions and I left there feeling judged and like I wasn't welcome. I could have been your best customer. I won't go back there. Very unfortunate to have this kind of service in such a beautiful place.

I stopped by this morning to buy an outdoor hanging pot for my herbs. However, when I got home, I noticed that it wasn't working. So I went back the same day to get it refunded. However, I only had the invoice for the items and not the credit card payment coupon. I was turned away by Mrs. S, she seemed really bothered by the fact that I didn't have the coupon and I was treated with a total lack of respect, like a child. It's a shame, I've been coming here for over 15 years, never had any problems. We can all have a bad day but that's no reason to take it out on others. I will never come back to this nursery again, disrespect is NO!

First visit to this nursery and not the last! On 3 occasions we were offered help because they noticed that we had questions. They were all very nice. We are super happy with our cucumber planter and our flowers! See you next time :)
