I arrive at my appointment at the exact time and after 20 minutes of talking with a client secretary goes to see the mechanic for my vehicle and he looks at her with a sigh of despair she comes back to tell me that it wouldn't be I left for a long time, it didn't feel like much service!

I went for an alignment of my wheels, over the phone it was $125, but when I got there, once my car was on the lift... it was $198!!
On the first try, he wasn't able to loosen the bolts to make the front, and I'm told he risks breaking the tie rods so he's going to order some...?? and I have to come back... I went to another garage for something else..., and he took the opportunity to loosen them without problem?!! I come back and tell him that he won't have to change the tie rods to complete the alignment...
The job finished, I hit the road and my steering wheel is crooked and it still pulls to one side...
Plus, the time before, they broke my wheel locks when changing tires.
Definitely lost confidence, I won't go back there!!!!

We had our tires replaced and I asked them if they offered a breakdown service. They told me they would do their best.The next day, I had a puncture on the side of a tire. It had to be changed, they ordered a new tire at 11:30 AM. Temporarily repaired my broken tire to help me out and at 5:00 p.m. my new tire was installed.In addition, the tire is less expensive than at Pneu à Rabais.I can only say WOW!Service: Auto tire replacement
