I give one star simply for the welcome by the young man who was perfect upon our arrival. The rest is rotten. An owner who constantly denigrates the brand of our car, that electric cars suck, etc.

they repair quickly, but the service is not very good, the car is dirty, and the work is not done to the end, I would not recommend you. I changed the brake pads and rotors, and after that my car was humming so you could hear me a mile away.

Making me pay for an alignment to tell me who can't do it because the adjustments are finished. Well ok.... after changing the parts I go back for another alignment and probably the tank is still rolling crooked. To make me say that they have a margin of error of 10%....Service: Steering & suspension repair

Irresponsible garage. Bad communication. I asked to remove broken plastics from under the engine. The fake wings were all removed in the middle of March (sand and slush) when we could have simply cut the broken plastic.Unable to take responsibility for their actions. Very good service, polite and helpful. However extremely irresponsible and frustrating as a garage. I would never go back there and I will pass on my experience to several people.Results: $75 to remove all my plastics and $145 to put them back (which according to them was impossible at first....)

Mauvais diagnostic, erreur dans la réparation de mon véhicule qui aurait très bien pu être évitée si le responsable des réparations avait fait preuve de compétence. Je ne conseille à personne ce garagiste qui base son modèle d'affaire sur le remplacement des pièces brisées du véhicule du client par les pièces défecteuses traînant dans les étagères de son garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My good friend Denis Ponari, real estate investor/developer in Valcourt, had to have his company car repaired at this garage because it had a Prestone oil leak. The person in charge, Michel, said they needed to repair the oil pump, which they did. After paying $2,250, and seeing the problem resurface, Denis returned to see the person in charge of the repair. Michel showed a blatant lack of professionalism and should have been fired immediately by treating Denis like nothing and telling him never to return to the scene again. The Mécapneu garage simply stole $2,250 from Denis while avoiding any form of responsibility, unacceptable!
