I am very disappointed with their service, my thermostat was repaired four months ago by them and I still have the same problem and the car has become slower when I accelerate. A few weeks ago I called again and they said there is still the same problem I paid $280 for the diagnosis and $2900 for the repairs they told me sir to bring the vehicle back again they will diagnose it but you must repay the $280.

I purchased a used B Class from Faylicia in early November after seeing it on their web site. I live 6 hours away so she took a bunch of pictures of it from every angle, even a closeup of a small scratch on the bumper so there would be no surprises, and then had one of her colleagues who is my height sit in it so I could see the head room! Amazing customer service. I dealt with Isabelle for the paperwork side of it and with Faylicia for the sales side and delivery. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had.
