Room was really clean and the bed comfortable. I couldn't get a pot of coffee to be delivered to my room which was disappointing as I needed to work long hours.

It is disappointing that access to the pool is so limited for such a large hotel. We were also disappointed with the offerings at the gym, although there is no shortage of space.

The place is beautiful, very comfortable room, excellent service at reception. Close to the beautiful city center of Trois-Rivières. I recommend.
