Very disappointed with the service. After a car accident, they did a poor inspection of my car and did not repair all of the damage (leaking A/C, alignment done with a broken coil, leaking windshield washer bowl, 4 brakes finished because they took 2 months for repairs, 2 wheel bolts missing on the right front wheel, etc). They did not respect the agreed repair deadlines. Now I have to pay out of pocket to have the car repaired elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Lack of transparency on the origin of parts for repairing a vehicle less than 2 years old even though they are requested. The part in question did not resemble the original part, I was told that it came from the manufacturer. Even mentions that they verified the provenance. Finally I had to request the purchase orders, the part came from a remanufactured parts center. Also, we had to return 3 times for fixes and adjustments to the work done on my vehicle. We are awaiting orders for the correct original parts from the manufacturer. I hope you get better service than we received.
