A first mechanic asks to see me to discuss my purchase, then a manager accompanies me for my tire return... a bit of a system mess but ALL SUPPORT AND SERVICE, then another tire manager places my order another clerk finalizes the transaction. 45min of pure service and patience from the staff. The staff and service are impeccable, the glasses are perfectly adjusted to my eyesight.The prices aremore than affordable and the quality of after-sales service is really great. If you have the patience to wait for your turn at the counter, you would not be disappointed! Many follow-up services are without appointment so there is a bit of waiting on site....But you get your service within half an hour and delivery times are less than a week (3 days in my case for two frames).
