NEVER SEEN. I'm showing up at Charlemagne's Structube at the end of June. A guy tells me that my sofa will be available on August 6th. As the delivery date is within a reasonable time, I have my TV cabinet added to the delivery even if it is already available. I went to the store on August 12 because I had not heard anything. I was told: “we never give a delivery date here ma’am” (As if I had gotten this information out of my head). Then, I am told that my sofa will be available on September 24, but that I can take my TV stand the following Monday. I breathe and tell myself that in a few weeks, everything will be sorted. On September 24, I showed up in the store and was told... "The arrival date is mid-October" ? The manager offered me $100 off because I couldn't find a sofa at that price that I don't like it anymore, but it still makes no sense. And I understand the delivery times, but I deplore the management of all that... Never a call or notification that the delivery times are changing... No one seems to find it serious in the store ??♀️

I left twice to choose furniture! The first time, a salesman looked at me askance, I still asked him if I could ask him a question (I could see that I was bothering him so much)...in short, he gave me some information and I went home. Saturday morning, September 14, at noon I go there but this time really to buy the furniture in question, I come across the same person (salesman) who behaves like the last time. The store was almost empty and normally he had time to advise us and answer our questions. Given his attitude, we came home empty-handed. My partner (who accompanied me the 2nd time) shared the same opinion as me! In short, we finally bought from another store with better customer service! I do not recommend this particular store!
