I went in just to take a look at the skis and ski boots, 30 minutes later I bought them. Thanks to Louis' impeccable service, with his in-depth knowledge of the equipment and his very good explanations. And the price was totally affordable, and I even got a promotional card too!

Pire garantie d'échange jamais vue, critère de retour et remboursement i script à l'endos de la facture. Aucun avertissement sur objet échangeables sans utilisation. Se faire dire tu peut le vendre sur "market place" si tu veut.... sérieusement on vous dit acheté locale, ben oui en cas de problèmes pas d'échange. Je vais allez c'est cotsco.

Buy a product at full price and a few hours later see it at half price elsewhere among competitors (not one but everywhere) and you are told that it is a final sale, this is the best message to make a customer understand that This is the last time anyone will take me back

Don't hold any bicycle parts! Don't know when they'll get the parts! They have 10 copies of the same bike on the floor!
The manager doesn't seem to want to put any effort into giving me a date. Told me to go to Bicycle St-Joseph which I did and they fixed the problem!
I bought skis this Christmas and had difficulty with the service too. They pierced my bindings before getting my boot size!
Too bad for this store to have such a conscientious manager!
