The manager (I guess it was her since she was the oldest crumb) was SO rude, acted like we were disturbing her, was dismissive and arrogant. Yes, you mid-forties aged-like-a-prune, short black hair and tatted up left arm! Get a reality check!!! Being nice won’t kill you, but cigarettes will (you must smoke with that voice of yours)! The you ger staff was more pleasant

Incredible experience! I had to make a return due to faulty sewing, and Cass, who remembered me, came straight to me when I walked into the store. She explained to me that an error had been made on my bill 2 days before and that they owed me money ($180 total). I already liked the brand, but this experience reinforced my confidence in it.
